Because you asked about referencing posts and pictures...

I have had so many questions asking if it was okay to copy parts of posts to other blogs that I decided to add the following to my sidebar.  It makes it SO much easier than answering (and forgetting to answer) individual requests.

Now the only time anyone would have to write me is if one wanted to "borrow" a photo.

On my sidebar:

I am very honored to have sections of my posts shared on another blog as long as they are referenced back to Coffee Tea Books & Me.

I ask that no photos be used without asking permission except those "pinned" to Pinterest which link back to a specific post.
