Welcome to my home

A tour of my "little house at the edge of the woods" ...

These photos were taken in the Spring. By the time I get Autumn photos taken and processed, it will probably be Spring again. I really need to get a digital camera. Above is my home from the front and the section of my porch where I have my quiet time. It looks the same now except it has a lot more plants as well as yellow and rust colored mums.

Above is the entrance from the front door. It enters into our living room and straight ahead you see my dining room (below).

Below is my living room. Even with all the lights on, the picture is still dark but I think you can get an idea of what it is like. The second picture was taken after I'd unpacked a few more things.

I hope you enjoyed the tour of this part of my home.

Well, that explains why the "headboard" of my bed looked so much like a couch!

Thank you, Patty and Kim. I love it. It's on the small-ish side but when I need space, I go out on the front porch. It's a little cold in Winter but that's why we have coats, hats, mittens, etc. :)

jdw---yes, the living room does become your bedroom when you all are here. Surprise, it is really a living room. Here's proof. With five additional people it becomes...fun.

Thank you for sharing your home! It's lovely and has given me some ideas on what to do with mine!

I also wanted to say how much I enjoy your blog. Tea and books are two of my passions as well, so finding a like-minded "blogger" was so wonderful! Please don't stop writing! :)
