Apply the Word Study Bible, a review
This compact Study Bible in the New King James Version is packed with information. At the beginning of each Book of the Bible, there is information about that book as well as Key Events. Throughout the Bible there are very interesting window inserts with information that will add to any study of the Word.
For instance, I randomly opened to the Book of Numbers and there is a short informative "window" about Finding Women in the Bible's Family Tree. Other informative windows include The Third-Year Tithe and Government Aid, Old Testament Mentors, Evaluating Tradition, Paul's Urban Strategy, The Trade in Purple, etc. These are but a few of the many available to read in each Book of the Bible. It contains a small concordance in the back.
There are also informative sections within the texts regarding the people, places, maps, etc. Overall this Bible will make an excellent edition to your library.
As with so many Study Bibles these days, the font is very small. However, it is just large enough that I can read it for short periods of time. I would not use this Bible as my primary reading Bible but it will definitely be useful for further study.
This Bible was received from the Publisher for the purpose of review but the opinions are my own.

This study Bible sounds like it has a lot of useful and interesting information. I purchased the ESV Bible in a Year last month, and am reading it every day. It makes Bible reading interesting as it selects Old and New Testament readings for each day of the year.
I've never bought a study bible before. This is making me think about getting one, though the small print is starting to be a problem for me, too!
Small print is the problem with most study bibles...certainly is true here anyway. I have heard the wheelbarrow jokes.
