I interrupt this series of posts with...

What appears to be an autumn flu bug.  Nothing terrible but just the usual chills, dizziness, and upset tummy.  It has been going around but I hoped it would keep going and not settle here.

I will hopefully be able to write again tomorrow (Friday).

By the way, our Wal Mart is now carrying not only 7th Generation but the Mrs. Meyer products!  I was also surprised to see 25 pound bags of white wheat berries in the flour aisle.  I guess they are getting more into natural and organic products.

Ugh... does anyone want to run down the road for me and get a cold Diet Sierra Mist at the gas station?  Sigh...

Oh, Brenda, I'm so sorry to hear this.......The best thing you can do to boost your immune system seems to be sleep. I know, easier said than done! I hope you are better soon.

I'd get a case to you in a heartbeat if I could.
So sorry you are sick :-(
Will be praying you get well soon.

Hugs,

Sorry to hear you have a "bug". Hope it's the 24 hour or less kind.

I wanted to ask about the picture at the top of your blog--that's not a snake on the rocker is it?

Gee Brenda, I hope you feel better soon. It's tough when you seem to catch everything that goes around. We had flu shots 2 weeks ago but you never know for sure if they're going to work on whatever strain is going around.

Oh I love diet Sierra Mist or the zero one, but I'm so sorry that I'm not close enough to stop one by. Hope that you lie low fast so that this one doesn't get a grip. Just wave the white flag and repeat after me, "I surrender." Then get some serious down time until it skedaddles.

Sorry you're sick. Flu seems to be all over the place. I'm a supply teaching assistant near Toronto and the phone has been ringing off the hook. Unfortunately, I'm sick too. Get well soon.
