Sunday night

I am still sick. I have the chills. I am miserable. I swiped some more of Christopher's cold medicine tonight. The one that says people with diabetes and thyroid disease should contact their doctor before using. At this rate, I don't care.

There is nothing common about the common cold.

For anyone who is reading this blog for the first time, I am usually a little more wordy. Scroll down to what I wrote before this last week. There is actually a little substance in those posts. Just overlook everything since Monday.

I must go to the grocery store tomorrow even though the wind chill is expected to reach -35 by morning. Brrrr...

Now the cold medicine is making me groggy. That is a good thing.

I am sorry to hear you are "under the weather" as Christmas day approaches. Do take good care of yourself, dearheart, and perhaps even enjoy a cuppa hot fresh squeezed lemon tea with honey as you slow down, savoring the joys of the season and mend.

I so appreciate your blog.

Blessings!

Dear Brenda,

Still praying for healing for you! Rest! You should get books on tape from the library for these times!
Rest in His Love.

Ack! I was so hoping you'd feel much better today... Please try to rest as much as you can and perhaps even push back Christmas to a couple days later? (Just trying to help...smile....). Hope you feel great soon...Debra
