It is good for me to work full time every few months. I will come back "home" next week, appreciating the hours I have to work on home and hearth (and yard...). Sasha will be happy. She is quite beside herself with "her" normal routines interrupted.
Mornings are a rush to get ready on time, drive through traffic (cars and students), find the parking garage, walk fast to the bookstore, punch the time clock (so to speak, it is thumb recognition now), throw my purse in the locker, run downstairs to Textbooks... and tell myself fifteen more minutes of sleep is not worth it. I will get up earlier tomorrow morning. :)
I enjoy seeing familiar faces, many of whom come back together only at the beginning and end of semesters. Quite a few of the students I've worked with will be graduating this year. It will seem strange without them but I know they are (for the most part) excited to finally put their formal studies behind them.
As for me... I have a pot of tea cooling just a bit. My pillow is calling me quite soon... There will be more time to write later... Lord willing and the creek don't rise. :)

Hi Brenda :) Praying that you will have a wonderful work "season" - and joy-filled days. Love, Q
Please don't overdo. It's good that you enjoy books, if you have to work among them! God loves you!
Seasons can be such a struggle soemtimes! Hoping your season is a blessing.
I thought I would drop by and say HI.
Remember me? I used to comment here as Nanny a few weeks back...
I was between blogs at the time but have opened another. Come see me whenever you get the chance!♥
Hi Brenda, I tried to send you an email but it said it was undeliverable. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you congratulations because you are the second place winner in the "Name The Grandmother" contest!! A Life That Says Welcome was already chosen by my first place winner, but you still have your pick of the other two!! Just email me your choice and address and I'll get it right out to you:o)
