Such is weather forecasting in the Midwest. We're under a tornado watch and you can see why! We could have severe spring storms this afternoon and snow this evening. In honor of the beginning of March, I got out my NOAA weather radio today and plugged it in...just in time.
Of course, in this area of the country, we've been known to have the furnace and the air conditioner on in the same day, especially going from summer to fall.
There are only three of us living in this house but our coat closet is full because one needs a light jacket, a medium jacket, a heavy down coat, a rain coat...sometimes all in one day.

Spring brings crazy weather...I hope today didn't bring any tornados at your place!

It's now March 2nd. Are you still ok???

I know, its crazy isn't it. We had Tornado watches also, and I got home and realized that our closet (our safe place) was too full of junk to get into. I cleared up enough space so I could jump in if I needed to. Today I'm going to make a trip to the Salvation Army with my stuff.
Thankfully we didn't get any severe weather. The winds were bad but there was no circulation.
I was on a country road when the front came through and it looked really bad! I was able to pull over and watch the clouds and saw there was no circulation.
My cell phone started singing at that time and it was a friend driving into town from another direction who saw the same front. She called my husband at home (was talking to him as I pulled in the driveway) and he was telling her what the people on TV were saying.
Sigh...the season is just beginning.
Our safe room is a VERY small bathroom, the only place in the house with no windows.
With three of us and one kitty carrier, I may be better off facing the high winds!
