This Bible would make a very nice gift for the woman in your life who loves reading about American history. Written in the New King James Version, it contains sections with information about women in various times of history (The Revolution, the Civil War, WWII, etc.) as well as quotes from well known women throughout the body of the Bible.
It is a compact size (5.8" x 8.7") so the font is small but it isn't tiny. Anyone with good eyesight should find it easy to read.
There is information about each Book of the Bible but it is not a Study Bible. While it contains very good quotes throughout, it could still be used as the Bible you take to church. I didn't find them very distracting.
I recommend it as a gift Bible for the patriotic women in your family.
