Update...

Sending a hello with the iPad.

Our computer had to have Windows completely restored but it is back from the Geek Squad. Christopher had planned to come over this weekend to help get everything else installed and bring up the backup hard drive but we had mild flu symptoms and didn't want to risk him taking a flu bug back home to our expectant daughter-in-law. ;)

It has been some two weeks!  I looked through the papers sent home with my husband from the hospital. He had been diagnosed with viral gastroenteritis. After seeing what he went through, I see how it can kill someone with a weaker immune system. It can be brought on by tainted food. He had eaten out at lunch but he doesn't know for certain what actually caused it.  We are so thankful he came through it only weaker than usual.

So in the meantime, I'm getting some reading done... books I've been wanting to read. A couple review books have arrived.  Oh, and watching the Downton finale. Twice.

It seems so long since I've had easy access to the computer and now we are starting the entire process all over again. Soon. Once we get our family Tech Support over.   What we had to pay to get our brand new computer restored would have gone a long way to getting a laptop for the Study. But I learned long ago that Evil does not win in the long run. God has a way of using what the enemy of our souls does to steal from us and turns it around for His Glory!

See you soon!

A word of warning based on my experience: Do not EVER give e-mail address to places unless you absolutely must. I gave mine to K-mart to get on their special "save money" thing and from that point on I had massive trouble with my computer and it cost plenty to get it cleaned up. I forget the names of what was on it but essentially my computer was being used without my permission. Also, I highly recommend C-cleaner. Just my 2 cents worth.

Praise that things are on the upward move again.
I know you have lots of pictures to share when you have computer time, but might we be able to see the pregnant Mrs. Christopher?

Two of the many things we perhaps don't properly appreciate until they are temporarily "not there"................health, and wonderful blog posts.
