Scrapbook Art Journal Pages - And why there are only a few

I think the photos will speak for themselves...

At this point... I decided to create another day.

I normally close the door when the kitty gets too curious. But we are in the midst of below zero windchills and I needed the door open for extra warmth.

I often print off favorite images like the Susan Branch tea page (I have had it a long time) but only for my journal or bulletin board!

Those pages are great! How do you print off the Susan Branch ones? Just with a color printer? Love your tin of paper tape. I just ordered that on Amazon a couple of days ago and it literally just arrived today. Can't wait to get back to art journalling once our move is complete.

I wish you lived close like you used to. You'd keep me focused on Journaling! I love that tea page!

Maybe Victoria was looking for a poem about mice.

I love the things you are thinking of in February Miss Victoria has decided to be an editor, perhaps? So funny!

Ah... I love this post, Brenda!! You are ALWAYS such an inspiration to me (as to many others). Thank you for sharing from your heart! Your words are always just the right ones... Proverbs 25: 11 comes to mind each time I read one of your posts! .... your words are like apples of gold in pictures of silver....

Wonder what Victoria's February thoughts might be...patches of sun...time on the table reviewing the scrapbook...naps...

This form of journaling or scrapbooking is creative and beautiful.,

Thank-you for sharing your scrapbook journaling! Love it!! It was you who introduced me to this new art form when I first found you a couple years ago! Love your "February Thoughts" and, of course, your special helper! Kitties are so funny how they want to be in the middle of whatever you're doing, especially when they decide to plop down on top of it all! Paris tea is one of my favorites, too. Mmmm... Wonderful way to stay warm on such cold days!
Take care.
Blessings,
Laura C. (WA)

You have a sweet helper! I love your creativity here, Brenda......
After my friend Peggy's funeral I will return to looking for books for you. Sorry it is taking so long.

Oh no - is Victoria a paper eater too? Squeebles, my male Maine Coon, loves to eat paper. Band-aid wrappers are his favorite - he literally dumpster dives for those in the bathroom basket. We can't throw the wrappers in there anymore - must go to the kitchen where the garbage has a lid which can't be moved by a cat. Luckily, we haven't needed may band-aids lately.

Yes! I can't count the times I've "just given up" because of the kitties. But they are worth it. The amount of time that you have been able to spend on your pages has been well worth it, too, because they are very pretty. Blessings, Bess
