Popping in to wish you all a very blessed Easter.... Resurrection Day! I love to set the table with my favorite vintage lace tablecloth , Great Grandmother's Victorian china, and thrifted crystal wine glasses. Actually, I think they are champagne glasses but no one in this house cares about such things.
After a few days of spring cleaning, the house looks almost ready to meet Easter Sunday. It's the best I can do and since Christopher is recovering from a fairly severe injury, he and the Mrs. understand completely about doing all "a little at a time".
The laptop once again resides on the desk in My Room and everything slowly found a home once more. Not all that easy but quite do-able when given all day.
I didn't mention that I am having eye surgery today (Friday). Please pray all goes well. It's the same eye as before that is showing serious breakage of blood vessels. Blech...
However, I can still cook Easter dinner (as it is easy peasy) and my lovely daughter-in-law is helping prepare part of the meal.
I will be back after the most glorious Holiday of all.

Saying a little prayer, even now, that all will go very well with the eye surgery. Your home is a cozy delight and I know that everything is looking fine and ready...done a little at a time is still a blessing. I didn't know that Christopher had been hurt...saying a prayer for him, too. What a blessing a sweet daughter-in=law is! A blessed Easter weekend to you and your sweet family.
