An itty bitty bloggy break for the Feast

Feast of the Hunter's Moon 2010
I am going to be quite busy this weekend so I'm using this time to rest my ponder, which is more than a little weary.  I won't be writing on Saturday or Sunday.

I'm certain time spent at the above event will perk me up!  We will miss having our kids along, hubby and I first made the trip to "The Feast" when Stephanie was in a stroller.

There is nothing like getting up really early and traveling to the shuttle buses where one is taken back to the 18th Century.  The forecast is for highs in the 60s... our very favorite "Feast" Weather.

See you on Monday, God willing and the Wabash doesn't rise.

Have a wonderful time! You'll have so many memories of the times you took your children and now of this special time in your lives. Look forward to reading more about this Feast!

You will have a wonderful time! I love historical events. A friend of mine who lives in Maine is the cook for a museum up there, and another woman whose blog I read also cooks for a museum near Philly. Our generation. I always loved history, but the bicentennial sparked so much enthusiasm.
