The boundary lines have fallen
for me in pleasant places...
Psalm 16:6a
This is one of my favorite Scriptures. I don't know what there is about the words except perhaps... they tell me of His love and compassion.
He has not made my world large these days but He has made it cute.
I think He understands the need for cute.
He has expanded my interests
and given me Internet videos telling me how to...
He has given me friends along the way.
He gives me memories of times past...
... and hope for the future.
Let His people give Praise! :)

AMEN! It is good for us to take the time to reflect and give thanks for the good gifts from our Father's hands. Thank you for the reminder.

Amen! (Beautiful post as usual.)

Just so you know...I absolutely LOVE your pins on Pinterest! ;) I'm Amy Marie on there! I really love the first photo in this post also! So homey!
Praise Him! I need to stop and reflect on my blessings. I used to do this all the time and feel as if I am moving away from it, which is not good at all. Thank you for the reminder!
And He has definitely given you cozy! I love your room! Angela
Brenda, I think your cheerful spirit is the expression of your thankful heart. It is a blessing to know all good gifts come from the Lord's hands - this sweet post is a lovely reminder.
So positive and pleasant to the eyes. Makes me want to stop on over for a cup of tea and chat with you. Thank you for that lovely post!
I grinned to think of the Lord knowing all about the need for cute or vintage or whatever our personal preference might be. As one who enjoys her own home with all its quirks and problems, I really enjoyed this post.
Our Heavenly Father has blessed us with so many good things, supplying our needs and even so many of our "wants". I am thankful when I find a pretty shirt for a great sale price or something I have wanted for the house at a bargain. Love your room--so cozy and homey, and your words are always an inspiration.
Blessings, Sharon D.
I love these thoughts! I haven't been reading or posting as much since I have been really busy with our newly adopted little boy...he has ALSO expanded our world!!
