Do you remember that song? "Come Saturday morning, I'm going away with my friend..."?
It is one of those when you get it in your mind, it stays there all day. Um... sorry about that.
Anyway, I wanted to show you what Saturday morning was like in my world today. We had a mixture of snow and sleet.
The first picture I snapped with only my hand and the camera out the front door. Brrrr... The above picture was taken when I went out to see if my newspaper had made it out to the country.
My neighbor's farm looked lovely in the snow!
Not a lot of traffic, is there?
Miss Victoria was able to watch her favorite TV show this morning.
It is called Wild America.
She especially loves the show when it is about birds,
in this case duckies.
She needed a closer look.
After such a frustrating hunt, she is now stretched out on the back of the sofa getting a long deserved snooze.

Thought of you last night while driving to and from Rensselaer for a Viewing. we made it home safely!
It does all look familiar and I can't figure out if it is because we're under the same weather system or if it is because after all these years of visiting you, I feel as if I recognize your world a little. It's a cozy world you have there! And thank you for showing me your tv setup. It's somewhat similar to my own. Our cat doesn't watch tv, but then we may not be showing her the right programs.
Thanks for sharing Victoria, a-doing her thing...so funny!! Gave me a laugh!! Animals are naturally so funny aren't they?? I laughed and laughed last night watching some youtube videos people put on their of their animals!! I still miss our lovely dog who died over a year ago now. We would never have made it through some very deep waters of life, without that funny, dear creature!!

I will always be a cat lover. They have personality and charm my own calico cat 'Smudge' remains my constant editor whenever I am at the computer we have to share the chair.
I need to let my kitty, (who looks just like Victoria), watch tv more. I think he is deprived!
Beautiful! I'm kind of doubting we will see any snow this year. Our weather has been rather awesomely springlike this week. Also admiring your photography skills -- I am sorely lacking in that area.

your cat is so funny :) we used to have a cat that loved to watch football! he would try to catch the long passes. animals are such a joy. thank you for sharing.
