A little more of autumn in the living room

I just love this hutch (breakfront). It was one of the pieces of furniture inherited from my mother-in-law.

The cute little pumpkin is one of two autumnal type decorations I purchased new this season. It is engraved with "we give thanks to God".

The colors work so well in my living room, too. :)

The primitive picture above the hutch was a birthday gift one year from my daughter. She took me to my very favorite store when they were visiting and let me pick out something special. If you click on the top photo, you can see the picture clearly.

Love it, love it. I wish I had inherited pieces. You decorated the hutch very lovely.
Don't you just love this time of year? (Is that too many "loves" in one comment? lol..)
joanna :)
p.s. Brenda, I finally had my first hot cup of tea today for the season. Actually I had two. The weather here is cloudy and a little sprinkly-perfect for hot tea! Yum! (It was nothing fancy-a bag of green tea and one of green jasmine)

Very pretty hutch and lovely hutch wares. I see you have a decorating "thumb" as well. Isn't it fun decorating for the season's? I can't wait to see how you decorate in December :)

You have done it again! Just beautiful--you certainly have a flair for decorating.
Fall is my favorite season. I start putting out my decorations right after Labor Day, no matter what the temperature may be.
I especially love doing my fireplace mantle & hearth in my living room, & my large bay window in my family room.
Thank you for posting your pictures.

That is a precious picture!

So glad you're still having fun with your digital camera. I seem to have *upset* mine.

Well, it's not my camera that I *upset.* It takes pics. But now, my iPhoto won't let me download them. Yishhhh... Another *fun* techy thing, to figure out. Eeeek! ,-)
