What I don't like about living in the Midwest? What we call weather. In reality, every spring and autumn we are given a roller coaster ride that provides great fun for the local TV weathermen and headaches (literally) for the average guy/gal. We had high temperatures near 80 on Sunday and now we have snow in our forecast, for goodness sake!
Let's see, one cannot truly call a warm day Indian Summer until there has been a freeze. I think there is a good possibility of that happening tonight. I must leave now to rescue herbs on my deck and tucky the mums in the garage until "true Indian Summer" arrives for its brief appearance. Perhaps I'll take a couple pictures of the annuals before they perish this evening. That is, once I dry off from the freezing cold downpour experienced just now, which brought about my weather whining.

I'm sorry for your weather troubles......I wish I could send you some of my California sunshine. :)

Believe me, Joanna. I'll wish I was there by January.
I've long warned my Corpus Christi friend that she'll find me on her doorstep some mid-Winter morning. :)
