I need to give some ...I enjoyed both of the links.<br /><br />I need to give some thought to another grain besides wheat. <br /><br />I love to bake at this time of year too!<br /><br />Some years we have made our favorite cookie doughs and rolled them into a log shape and wrap and freeze them. We give them as gifts.
