My view from the kitchen window |
Thank you for the well wishes! I'll be taking a meal over to Mr. & Mrs. Christopher this evening and getting newborn cuddles in. I share July as a birthday month with quite a few family members and friends. How sweet it is to have another granddaughter born in the same month.
So... today I'm sharing the most recent deck garden photos. I scored a lot of very cheap clearance flowers in the past two weeks, since I already had containers I only needed to purchase one large bag of potting soil. The deck has never looked better.
Now how did she get in here? ;) |
Very pretty. Glad you found a bargain--I love finding them. I know that beautiful baby girl is going to be a great joy to you. She is so precious. Get in lots of "quality spoiling time". Blessings,Sharon D.
ReplyDeleteLoved seeing all your flowers on your deck! So Pretty! And how awesome that you were able to pick them up on clearance! Isn't it fun?! I scored two pink geraniums for a dollar each on the clearance shelf, earlier in the season, potted them up, and they are doing fantastic! So nice to see Miss Victoria, too! Enjoy those newborn snuggles with your newest little granddaughter! What a Precious Blessing!

ReplyDeleteI am so glad you have such a beautiful view from the kitchen. (MD)
ReplyDeleteYour deck has quite the air of celebration, and you have a lot to celebrate with a new baby! Does she have a name yet?
ReplyDeleteEnjoy those cuddles. The deck really does look lush and alive!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty flowers, Brenda. I know that you smile to see them. Newborn cuddles don't last too long so I know that you are eager to gather them.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful deck! Very lovely. You have an eye for placement of things. And congratulations on new baby - there's nothing like a new baby. : )
ReplyDeleteYour deck & flowers are really beautiful, Brenda. And how wonderful it must be to have the new grandchild close enough to cuddle :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers and sweet kitty cat!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are getting lots of sweet wee one time. Nothing beats holding a newborn. ♥
Lovely deck...and silly kitty...animals are so naturally funny!! How nice to have a grandchild so close that you can see her so often!! Three years ago when we moved west to help our daughter...out of 7 grandkids, that was our first grandchild to get to hold so tiny and so small, and so often!! So happy for you!!
